Bethel Hosts Yoga

Join us for Bethel’s new beginners’ yoga class!

Laura Wells, a certified yoga instructor, will share her experience and expertise with us as we learn the art of yoga – relaxation, positioning, stretching and breathing.

Running October 12 to November 16 on Wednesday evenings between 6 and 7 pm.  Participants are encouraged to attend for all six weeks and make a $50 donation to Bethel to cover the cost of supplies and support the church’s work in our community.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat (if you have one), a towel, a blanket, and a water bottle. Don’t worry if you don’t have a mat as there will be extra available for class participants to use. After class, join us for tea and light refreshments before Bible Study class begins at 7:15.
