The Rev. Carolyn Richar

Carolyn’s full-time ministry is as General Manager for Capital Caring in Northern Virginia.

At Bethel, Rev. Richar is team leader of our connection with the local Salvadoran community and the Vision of God Clinic in San Luis Talpa, El Salvador.

In addition to her ministries at Bethel and Capital Caring, she is involved with Kiwanis through the Fairfax Club, is a member of Leadership Arlington Class of 2011 and bowls in a local league. Her hobbies include music, canoeing, biking, hiking, needlework, reading, and finding new ways to cook chocolate.

Rev. Richar will begin a well-deserved three-month sabbatical this month, providing her time for religious study and personal reflection. Her last Sunday with us until mid-July will be Easter. Please extend best wishes when you see her.
